Policies

Each policy shows:

• Name
• ISMS reference number
• Owner (initials)
• Status (Approved/Draft)
• Next review date
• Management options

Policy Management

• Each policy has a "Manage" dropdown menu
• Track review dates
• See owner assignments
• Monitor policy status

List policies

• Policies are numbered (ISMS_001 etc.)
• Clearly shows policy ownership
• Tracks approval status
• Shows upcoming review deadlines

Key Information

• Open policies are policies in use, archived ones are not in use
• Owner assignments shown when applicable
• Review dates for approved policies
• Quick access to management options

Policy Actions

When clicking on manage action you can:

• View/edit policy. This allows you to download and edit the document. When you confirm the review the policy status will be Approved.

  • 

  • The extra options next to edit shows the next review date, owners, contributors, history of editing, and danger zone where you can reset the policy.

  • 

• Confirm review allows you to confirm the approval of the policy.

• Revoke approval allows you to revoke the decision to confirm the approval.

• Download allows you to download the policy document to your pc.

• Reset policy allows you to reset it to its original state. This will allow you to link/upload another document as this policy, or start building the policy with our policy editor from scratch.
