EU cybersecurity compliance with NIS2
NIS2 deadlines are approaching and regulatory pressure is intensifying—do you know your obligations?
Tidal clarifies NIS2 requirements and makes compliance manageable. Implement proportionate security measures, document compliance evidence, and confidently meet supervisory expectations.

NIS2 in depth
NIS2 requires organisations to structurally ensure cyber security and continuity at board level. The directive goes beyond technical measures and explicitly places responsibility with management and the board. In practice, however, NIS2 is often approached as an isolated compliance project, separate from existing governance and risk structures.
When NIS2 is implemented in a fragmented manner, isolated measures arise without coherence. Roles and responsibilities remain unclear and follow-up becomes dependent on individual teams. This makes it difficult to demonstrably meet the duty of care that NIS2 introduces.
By approaching NIS2 as a governance framework, structure emerges between risks, measures, decision-making, and supervision. This makes cyber security a board-level theme instead of an operational side issue.
